The Hobart Police Department is accepting applications for a full-time Police Officer.

Officers are required to perform law enforcement and crime prevention work for the protection of the city. Applicants do not have to be certified to apply. However, CLEET Certified officers will be given hiring preference. If you hold a Reserve Commission, you must be able to complete the CLEET Bridge Program.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and a U.S. citizen with a valid Oklahoma Driver’s license. The ability to pass a background check, including a drug and physical test. You must also be available for Shift work and be able to work Holidays.
